First rice crop harvested in Fukushima

The first crop of rice was harvested in the coastal areas of Namie in Fukushima, Japan for the first time since the earthquake and tsunami hit the prefecture in 2011,

Rice farming in the coastal town partially in 2020 resumed after the emergency evacuation due to the nuclear accident was lifted three years ago.
